Alta Expresión Dry-Cured Acorn-Fed Sobrassada
This sobrassada is made from Ibérico pork bacon in a natural intestine casing and subjected to a minimum aging and drying process of 50 days in our own natural drying houses.
It is a slow-aged product with an intense orange color. Its flavor and aroma of paprika from La Vera and Ibérico pork fat impart a slight spiciness and characteristic juiciness. By keeping it at room temperature, you can enjoy the unctuous, uniform, smooth texture that it offers.
