When a return is made for reasons of quality, COVAP customers do not pay shipping costs for the return. However, certain conditions apply to shipments and returns.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved you will receive a communication of the reception of the withdrawal exercised and the money will be refunded at the latest 14 days after this communication.

Can I customize or dedicate my order by adding a thank you or congratulatory card?

Yes, once you have chosen the items in the second step 'Personal information and Shipment', you will then be able to customize a note for the recipient in the section 'Order shipment and customization'.
