The Alta Expresión Bone in Dry-cured Grass-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Ham is one of the most valued pieces that is subject to a lengthy salting and aging process. 

These hams come from Ibérico breed pigs raised free-range on a diet based on the natural resources of our pastures, supplemented with natural feed.
