Our pork shoulder cumplies with the regulation of Ibérico according to the Real Degree 4/2014 of the 10th of january.

Ibérico pork loin, salt, paprika, sugar, spices, preservatives (potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate).
