Made with pasteurised sheep's cheese from our farms. This cheese is a genuine celebration of taste, due to the select rennet added to it and the way it is aged under controlled conditions.
Inside, it is ivory white with a soft, spreadable texture. On the palate, its medium intensity flavour will amaze you, striking a perfect balance which makes it delicious and easy to enjoy.
