Selected cut of acorn-fed Ibérico pork from the Montanera, a unique season when 100% Ibérico breed pigs feed on acorns, imparting unique organoleptic qualities to the meat. 

The Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Shoulder Muscle belongs to the noble cuts of the Ibérico pig. This piece is characterized by its high level of fat infiltration, perfectly distributed throughout the cut. It has a firm yet silky texture. Located in the latissimus dorsi muscle, its name ‘secreto’ comes from being well hidden between the shoulder, the ribs, and the belly. 

Animals born and raised free-range in Spain, in the Dehesa of Valle de Los Pedroches, following a production model that guarantees the highest level of Traceability and Animal Welfare.
