Creamy sheep’s cheese

Made with pasteurised sheep's cheese from our farms. This cheese is a genuine celebration of taste, due to the select rennet added to it and the way it is aged under controlled conditions.
Inside, it is ivory white with a soft, spreadable texture. On the palate, its medium intensity flavour will amaze you, striking a perfect balance which makes it delicious and easy to enjoy.
Make it the star of your appetiser selection by combining it with other cheeses from the Torremilano brand, or use it to add a touch of creaminess to your hot dishes, as it is ideal for gratin toppings.
