Semi-Mature Cheese made with pasteurized sheep’s milk; this cheese is very creamy and soft, with an extremely enjoyable texture and flavor and very light ivory color.
Raw sheep's milk, Olive oil (min. 1%), Salt, Rennet, Lactic acid culture and Preservative (lysozyme (from egg)). Rind non edible: Contains preservatives (E-202 y E-235) and Coloring (E-172).

Origin of milk: Spain.
