 The Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Boneless Shoulder  is one of the most popular noble cuts of the Ibérico pig. 

A piece of extraordinary tenderness with a flavor and texture that are hard to beat. It is located over the shoulder, very close to the loin. Its filleted format makes it a convenient and versatile alternative.

 Animals born and raised free-range in Spain, in the Dehesa of Valle de Los Pedroches, following a production model that guarantees the highest level of Traceability and Animal Welfare.
