Selected cut of acorn-fed Ibérico pork from the Montanera, a unique season when 100% Ibérico breed pigs feed on acorns, imparting unique organoleptic qualities to the meat. 

The Acorn-fed Pork Cheeks 100% Ibérico is a cut from the head of the Ibérico pig, corresponding to the lower jaw. It is a piece with low fat content, exceptional flavor, and a mellow, soft texture. 

Animals born and raised free-range in Spain, in the Dehesa of Valle de Los Pedroches, following a production model that guarantees the highest level of Traceability and Animal Welfare.
