Animals born and raised free-range in Spain, in the Dehesa of Valle de Los Pedroches, following a production model that guarantees the highest level of Traceability and Animal Welfare.

Characteristics

Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Boneless Shoulder: Oval-shaped acorn-fed pork cut with an intense red color and high fat infiltration distributed throughout the piece.

Acorn-Fed 100% Ibérico Pork Tenderloin: Elongated, cylindrical, small-caliber acorn-fed pork cut. Lean piece with a dark red color and low fat infiltration.

Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork End Loin: Triangular-shaped acorn-fed pork cut, particularly rich in intramuscular fat, giving it great tenderness and juiciness.

Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Shoulder Muscle: Large, flat acorn-fed pork piece, highly infiltrated with fat and a low proportion of lean meat, giving it a distinctive pale, pinkish color.
