It includes a 6 to 7 kg Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Ham Alta Expresión D.O.P. Los Pedroches and an approximately 450 g Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Loin Alta Expresión.
The whole ham invites the traditional carving ritual, while the pork loin can be sliced and served more immediately as part of a board or alongside other starters. This makes it possible to enjoy the selection at different moments throughout the festive season.
