Selected cut of acorn-fed Ibérico pork from the Montanera, a unique season when 100% Ibérico breed pigs feed on acorns, imparting unique organoleptic qualities to the meat. 

The Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork End Loin  is one of the most popular cuts of the Ibérico pig. This piece owes its name to its flat and triangular morphology, resembling a feather. The Pluma Ibérica is located at the end or rear of the loin.

One of the juiciest 100% Ibérico acorn-fed cuts. Animals born and raised free-range in Spain, in the Dehesa of Valle de Los Pedroches, following a production model that guarantees the highest level of Traceability and Animal Welfare.
