The Acorn-Fed 100% Ibérico Pork Tenderloin is one of the most popular cuts of the Ibérico pig. A lean and very tender piece with exceptional flavor, coming from the lumbar area. It is located between the lower ribs and the spine of the acorn-fed Ibérico meat cuts with the most culinary possibilities. 

Animals born and raised free-range in Spain, in the Dehesa of Valle de Los Pedroches, following a production model that guarantees the highest level of Traceability and Animal Welfare.
