Half Semi-Mature Cheese made from pasteurized sheep’s milk. Very creamy and soft, with a pleasant texture and flavor, and with a very light ivory color.

Our farmers combine the milking and production process with tradition and the traditional production of our COVAP cheeses which are impregnated with the flavors and aromas of our pastures and produced from the best raw material with premium quality milk from our farms.
