Half Semi-Mature Cheese made from pasteurized sheep’s milk. Very creamy and soft, with a pleasant texture and flavor, and with a very light ivory color.
Ingredients:
Raw sheep's milk, Olive oil (min. 1%), Salt, Rennet, Lactic acid culture and Preservative (lysozyme (from egg)). Rind non edible: Contains preservatives (E-202 y E-235) and Coloring (E-172). Contains: milk and egg.
