Get it direct from our Natural Curing Houses and enjoy a mixture of flavors of the pasturelands, grass, fresh air, and, most of all, acorns, the main food of the pigs raised free-range on our pastures.

Temperaturas acordes a la época.

Llovió en la segunda semana de septiembre, haciendo que la bellota recuperase el retraso de crecimiento y tomase un tamaño adecuado.

Temperatura suave con pocas precipitaciones.

La caída de la bellota fue progresiva acelerándose en la segunda semana de diciembre.

Escasez de lluvias.
