This pairing brings together an Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Shoulder Alta Expresión D.O.P. Los Pedroches, weighing approximately 4 to 4.5 kg, with half a Matured Raw Sheep's Milk Cheese, approximately 1.5 kg.

The whole pork shoulder is protected by the Los Pedroches Protected Designation of Origin, while the sheep’s milk cheese completes the hamper with its distinctive character.

Ibérico pork shoulder, Sea salt and Preservatives (Potassium nitrate, Sodium nitrite).

Our pork shoulder cumplies with the regulation of Ibérico according to the Real Degree 4/2014 of the 10th of january.

Raw sheep's milk, salt, rennet, lactic cultures (milk), stabilizer (E-509), and preservatives (E-252 and lysozyme, derived from egg).
Inedible rind: contains preservatives (E-235 and E-202) and coloring (E-172).
Milk origin: Spain.
