The Alta Expresión de los Pedroches Bone in Dry-cured Acorn-fed 100% Ibérico Pork Shoulder is an astounding product and one of the most valued due to its very juicy meat, thanks to the infiltration of fat, together with its tender texture and characteristic marbling. It has a very special flavor with a combination of juxtaposing sweet and savory notes that evoke acorns, honey, damp earth, and truffle and which result in an explosion of intense, unique flavor.
